ATA 25 How do replace slide under door on Airbus A321

The emergency slide on an airplane is a safety feature designed to help passengers evacuate quickly in case of an emergency. It's typically located near the aircraft doors and is made of durable, fire-resistant materials. When deployed, it inflates rapidly, providing a smooth surface for passengers to slide down from the aircraft to the ground safely. and today I will show you how to replace it *********video is just for information purposes always stick to the latest maintenance manual********* Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/zeto.r tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@zeto.r video about the replacement of the door slide https://youtu.be/HfsD_3I4_fQ ———-Video content——————— 00:00 - Intro 00:48 - deactivation of the cylinder and preparation for the job 01:45 - removal of the slide 02:53 - removal of bonding lead and connector 03:34 - Removal of inflation hose 05:14 - placing the slide in place 05:26 - Installation of inflation hose 06:23 - installation of connector and bonding lead 06:40 - Installation of the slide into the frame 07:21 - TEST 07:46 - Close-up #aircraftmaintenance #howto #howitworks #aircraftmaintenanceengineer #aircraftlovers #airbuslovers #

A320ATA 52

ATA 52 No power? who cares...How to operate the cargo door on Airbus A320

There are three cargo compartment doors on the right side of the lower fuselage. They are referred to as FWD, AFT and BULK cargo-compartment doors and give access to the related cargo compartment. i will focus on FWD and AFT cargo . The FWD and AFT cargo compartment doors have a manual locking mechanism and open hydraulically away from the aircraft. It is only possible to open or close the FWD and AFT cargo-compartment doors from the outer side. The FWD and AFT cargo-compartment door is made of sheet metal and machined parts. It is torsion-resistant and safe to operate at wind speeds up to 50 knots. A manually operated locking mechanism is installed internally to keep the FWD and AFT cargo-compartment door in the closed position. The electrical door control-system starts the electric pump of the Yellow hydraulic system which pressurizes the door hydraulic system. The door hydraulic system operates the duplex door actuators to open or close the cargo-compartment door. If there is an electrical failure, it is possible to operate the cargo-compartment door with the handpump. The pressurization of the door hydraulic system does not occur when the locking mechanism is in the locked

ATA 49 How to replace Starter on A320 APU

How APU STARTER on A320 works? APU to 55% of the APU's usual speed. You can operate the starting system from the APU panel in the cockpit. The Electronic Control Box (ECB) 59KD controls the start sequence of the APU. Three consecutive start attempts are permitted without cooldown. After the third start attempt the starter motor must cool down for at least 60 minutes Follow me for more aviation content. A320ATA 29

ATA 29&32 What is the difference between Brake Accumulator and hydraulic power accumulator on A320F

The accumulator is an oleo-pneumatic unit that keeps a specified volume of pressurized hydraulic fluid in it. It has a steel body which contains a flexible bladder. An inlet connector permits the bladder to be pressurized with nitrogen. difference is in function. One is independent power sorce and the other one is here to compensate fluctulation. Watch the video to find out which one is witch. One important information pressure is limited to 1000psi only in case of operation without anty-skid. Follow me for more aviation content. ATA 29 4th hydraulic system on A320, are you sure?

Well it depends how are you looking on it. It is called Auxiliary Low-Pressure Control-System and it is here as hydromechanical control of alternate brake system But it is only on classic A320F. On enhanced version it was replaced by electromechanical control ABCU- Alternate brake Control Unit Here is description of components which you can find on Hydromechanical controls: Brake-control hydraulic reservoir The reservoir supplies the master cylinders of the Alternate system with hydraulic fluid to make allowance for: - the changes in the volume of the fluid, - possible leakages. A spring-loaded piston pressurizes the reservoir lightly (1.5 bars absolute). The reservoir has a filling valve and two calibrated valves: - one which limits the internal pressure, - the other which removes fluid if an overpressure occurs. (2) Master cylinders There are two master cylinders (one for the left side, one for the right side). The master cylinders are used to: - control the distribution dual valve of the Alternate brake system by displacement of a volume of fluid from chamber C1, - give artificial feel at the pedals by means of an internal spring and the load resulting

ATA 21 Extract Fan replacement

in this video I will explain the function of Avionic Equipment Ventilation and what is it good for and how to replace the extract fan The extract fan is powered by: - A three-phase, four-pole single induction motor for high-speed A three-phase, six-pole single induction motor for low speed. The motor operates a fan wheel which has high-efficiency blades. It operates continuously at about 11.075 rpm for high speed and at about 7.450 rpm for low speed. A thermo switch and a relay are installed on the stator of the extract fan. If the temperature of the stator is 150 -5 DEG.C or +5 DEG.C (302 -9 DEG.F or +9 DEG.F), the thermo switch isolates the electrical supply to the fan. A fault indication light and a reset button are installed on the fan body. The blower fan is safetied with the clamps to the brackets on the aircraft structure in the avionics compartment. Arrows on the fan casing show the direction of the airflow through the fan and the direction of the impeller rotation. If the impeller breaks up, the casing is strong enough to contain debris. *********video is just for information purpose always stick to latest maintenance manual********* You can find me on: Instagram: htt

How to indentified blade No.1 on A320 CFM-56 5B Engine

if you watch video already let me give you a few more informations about the front section of the engine. Spinner Front Cone The spinner front cone is made of composite material. Its design precludes the need for an engine nose anti-icing system. The front cone is bolted to the rear cone. Spinner Rear Cone The spinner rear cone is made of aluminum alloy. Its rear flange is bolted to the fan disk and is part of the fan blades retention system. The outer rim of rear flange is provided with tapped holes for trim balance bolts. The front flange provides for attachment of the spinner front cone. Fan Disk The fan disk is a titanium alloy forging. Its inner rear flange provides attachment for the fan shaft and its outer rear flange is bolted to the booster rotor. The outer front flange provides attachment for the spinner rear cone. The disk outer rim has 36 recesses designed for fan blade retention. Fan Blades There are 36 titanium alloy, mid-span shrouded fan blades approximately 23 in. (0.58 m) long. Each of the blades has a dovetail base that engages in disk rim recess. Blades are individually retained by a spacer that limits radial movement. A retainer lug, machined at the rear en

Airbus A32F cockpit oxygen system and how it works

The flight crew oxygen system supplies supplemental oxygen and gives protection to the eyes and respiratory system of the crew members. It is used in the conditions that follow: -Loss of cabin pressurization (hypoxia protection) -Smoke and poisonous fumes -If one pilot remaining on station we will also take a look where you can find all the components, how they work and as well we will replace oxygen cylinder together. Little bit about cylinder: The crew oxygen-storage system has a High Pressure (HP) oxygen cylinder which supplies oygen to the flight crew. The valve assembly is installed on the oxygen cylinder head. A pressure regulator/transmitter is connected to the valve assembly. The HP oxygen cylinder and its pressure regulator/transmitter have an overboard discharge system which prevents too much pressure in the HP oxygen cylinder and/or in the Low Pressure (LP) chamber of the pressure regulator/transmitter. The HP oxygen cylinder is installed on a support that has two quick release clamps in the left part of the avionics compartment between frames 11 and 12. *********video is just for information purposes always stick to the latest maintenance manual********** if you wan
