Verification categories
TechOpsBase may review identity, maintenance-professional status, licence information and aircraft-experience claims separately. A member can hold one category without holding the others.
Evidence
Applicants should submit only the minimum information needed for review. Sensitive documents are stored privately. Full licence numbers, employee IDs and private documents are not displayed publicly.
Meaning of a badge
A verification badge means TechOpsBase reviewed evidence supporting the specific category at the time of review. It does not guarantee current employment, authorize maintenance, certify every answer or endorse the member’s employer.
Expiry and removal
Verification may expire, require updated evidence or be removed when information is no longer reliable, was misrepresented or is used to mislead other members.
Privacy
Members control optional public professional details. TechOpsBase does not require publication of employer, work schedule, employee number or aircraft registration information.
